Terms of Service

Last updated: [date]. These terms apply to your use of Winnerly, operated by [legal entity name and address].

1. What Winnerly is

Winnerly is a product research service for online sellers. We publish a curated selection of products to consider testing, with links to public sources, supplier information and estimates such as an opportunity score, a suggested selling price and a margin.

2. No guarantee of results

Winnerly helps you discover and evaluate products to test. We do not guarantee that any product will sell or be profitable. Scores, suggested prices and margins are estimates, not facts or advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions, including supplier checks, pricing, advertising spend and compliance with the rules of the platforms you use.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use Winnerly. You must provide a valid email address, keep your password confidential and be responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your account or try to access data that your plan does not include.

4. Plans and billing

  • The Free plan has limits, such as the number of visible winners, monthly unlocks and favorites.
  • Starter is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly in US dollars through Stripe. Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
  • You can change your plan, update your payment method or cancel from the billing portal at any time.
  • Refunds: [to be defined].
  • Taxes: [to be defined according to the applicable rules].

5. Third-party content

Our pages link to content hosted by others (for example TikTok, Meta and AliExpress). We do not host or own that content and are not responsible for it, for its availability or for changes made by the third party.

6. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or republish the Winnerly catalog, use automated tools to extract it, or use the service in a way that is unlawful or harms others.

7. Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features and update these terms. If we make a material change, we will tell you by email or in the app. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

[Limitation of liability to be defined with legal advice.]

9. Governing law and contact

[Governing law and jurisdiction to be defined.] Questions: [contact email].
